History
Founded in 2017 by Kyle Jones, TruePoint Capital is a privately-held real estate investment and services firm focusing on the acquisition, development, construction and management of exceptional multifamily properties.
Established with the goal of providing market-leading value, a wide range of investors – including institutional capital partners, family offices and high-net-worth individuals – have benefited from the communities TruePoint Capital has created, and the expertise we bring to the market.
Since its founding, TruePoint Capital has acquired 30 properties with an estimated value of over $300 million in assets under management. Our Houston-based team offers significant experience and strives to embrace a culture founded in serving others while pursuing excellence, working together as one team, and enjoying life in the present. CO-FOUNDER & KEY PRINCIPAL
KYLE JONES
Kyle Jones is a co-founder and Key Principal of TruePoint Capital, LLC. Kyle is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, investment decisions, asset management, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial activities, operations, and investor relations.
Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University – San Marcos, where he also played Division 1 Baseball.

LANE KAWAOKA
Lane controls over 2,800+ units. Lane was a civil engineer where he worked as a project manager for over $220 million dollars of capital construction projects in both the public and private sector.
He is now a full-time real estate syndicator and works to inspire other working professionals via his podcast at SimplePassiveCashflow.com.

Kelley Clarke currently serves clients throughout the United States with its principal offices in Prosper, Texas and Santa Barbara, California. Dugan chairs the firm’s securities and real estate practice group, assisting clients in all phases of multi-family, commercial, and residential acquisitions or sales.
